1. Overview

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically.

2. Custom Products

All products are made-to-order and customized according to customer specifications, including size, design, material, and finish.

Slight variations in color, texture, grain, or measurement may occur due to manufacturing processes and material characteristics. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Providing accurate measurements and specifications
  • Confirming all order details before payment confirmation
  • Ensuring the installation site is ready (if installation is required)

We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders will only be processed after full payment or deposit has been successfully received.

Once production has started, order details cannot be changed or modified.

We accept payments through third-party payment providers (e.g. Billplz, FPX, bank transfer), and we do not store any payment card or banking details.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours after payment, and only if production has not started.

Once production has begun, cancellation is strictly not allowed.

6. No Refund Policy

All custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  • Order cannot be fulfilled due to company fault
  • Duplicate payment
  • Verified manufacturing defects that cannot be repaired or replaced

In other cases, we reserve the right to offer repair or replacement at our discretion.

7. Delivery & Installation

Estimated delivery time will be provided after order confirmation.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Logistics or courier delays
  • Third-party transport services
  • External installation contractors (if applicable)

Installation services (if provided) are subject to a separate agreement unless stated otherwise.

8. Warranty

Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper use or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Physical damage after delivery
  • Modifications made by third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

MS Door shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
