1. Delivery Coverage

MS Door provides delivery services within Malaysia, including:

West Malaysia
Selected areas in East Malaysia (subject to confirmation)

2. Free Delivery (Kuantan Only)

We offer FREE delivery for orders within Kuantan, Pahang.

For deliveries outside Kuantan, shipping fees may apply and will be calculated based on the delivery location, product size, weight, and order requirements.

The final shipping cost will be confirmed during checkout, quotation, or order processing.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on product type:

Ready stock items: 3–7 working days
Custom-made doors: 7–21 working days (including production time)

Delivery times may vary depending on order volume, location, and customization requirements.

4. Installation Services

Installation services may be available upon request.

Installation fees are separate unless otherwise stated.
Installation will be arranged after delivery confirmation.
Customers must ensure the installation site is ready before installation.

5. Order Processing

Orders will only be processed after payment or deposit has been successfully received.

For custom-made products, once production has started, order details cannot be changed or cancelled.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Weather conditions
Logistics or courier delays
High order volume
Third-party service providers

MS Door is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery addresses and contact information
Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
Inspecting products upon delivery

8. Risk & Ownership

Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the customer upon successful delivery.
